Got my hair braided for the second time in my life. The first time was 2 yr ago and although the end result was nice it was a dreadful experience I’ll spare everyone the details. After being referred to this shop I instinctively decided this time to do some extra homework and read the reviews. I was torn after reading a few because the results were so mixed. It was either 1 star or all 5 stars. I’m not gonna front this worried me however after reading the bad ones I came to the conclusion that some of them didn’t make sense like how is someone gonna be so unhappy but still tipped and came back. I crossed my fingers and decided to still go ahead and keep my appointment and it was absolutely the best decision I made. The Owner is an absolute sweetheart heart and very professional. The shop despite being packed with clients was calm, with soft chatter and very clean. My stylist was absolutely amazing she was very friendly, easy to talk to and extremely fast. I got medium size box braids a little longer than mid-back. My appointment was for 9am Priye started at approximately 9:30 because I was late and bought the wrong hair off Amazon so she had to hook me up with what they had in the shop. It was not used it was fresh out the pack and was actually much better. It only 3 1/2 hours. My braids are nice, neat and tight. I didn’t feel any heavy handedness whatsoever. Im so glad I didn’t feed into the negative reviews. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I have finally found my spot to get my braids done Y’all. Thank you Chi-Chi (I hope I spelled your name right) and once again Thank you Priye! I will most definitely be telling any and everyone how great this shop is. PS. I just wanted to add that there were at least 8 or 9 clients getting their hair done and every last one of them were satisfied and pretty much done at the same time as me. I am so happy 😘😘
I had a great experience getting my hair done here. They were all so professional. I have been there several times and have not had one bad experience. I usually have Hafi. And you’re not in the shop all day. Highly recommended!
I dont even know where to begin. From charging a totally different price than initially quoted, to extreme loudness and the fact that the person braiding my hair merci spat on my head with a mouth full of water. Laughed about it like it was a joke to offering no apologies. As much as I actually respect the owner of the shop itself - i would keep my self respect n dignity by never going back.
I’ve been coming here for a while now. I went in recently and asked for medium knotless, but when finished I was not satisfied as they looked large and not what I asked for. I did express my dislike, but didn’t make a big deal as the young lady spent 4 hours on my hair. It looked nice, just not what I wanted. Ladies, you know the feeling! The owner called me and expressed genuine concern over my dislike of my hair. She offered me several options and we settled with I would come back and get them done again, by a different stylist. I obliged. I came back about 4 weeks later and got them done again and I was BEYOND satisfied with my hair!!! I believe the owner goes by “Chi-Chi”(I could be wrong) but either way, she knows how to run a business. She went above and beyond to make sure that I left happy and satisfied with my hair. This is a great business and I would definitely recommend!!!!! They’ve got a loyal client in me.
What a amazing group of women that work there. The owner is so sweet and she is an awesome woman. The shop is a great place to get your hair braided the care about the clients and make sure you are satisfied before leaving I would recommend this shop to anyone because I know they will be happy when you leave.great job women another satisfied customer !!!!!!!
