I needed something different for a weekend birthday trip with my husband, and Deborah took me at the last minute and worked her magic…. I had a deep wave weave and I liked how natural it looks because I don’t want to put a lot of heat on my hair or lotta product so thank you and she was positive professional . She was very effective and efficient.💕
Ms. Debbie did a beautiful job on my hair for my wedding. I dont know what I would have done without her. She is highly professional and friendly and takes her business seriously. Come check her out she is awesome.
Very clean, they really care about cleanliness. Very friendly customer service. They did my hair perfectly! I will return, they gave me tips on how to care for my hair.
She is very nice but she damaged my hair like never before. I’ve never been to a salon where my hair has been severely damaged like this one. Not sure if it’s her technique or her styling tools. Her hair dryer was extremely hot. I got a silk press and I did notice that my roots were a little curly and dry feeling while the rest of the hair was straight and smooth . Never experienced that before with a silk press..so she didn’t do something right. But my hair has not stop falling out so may have to do big chop.
My friend came here and gave me feedback. She said the shampoo girl sort of complained when she asked her (to massage shampoo in to her hair) . She said the shampoo girl said "you're making me work" She said if she had not asked her to make sure she thoroughly massage shampoo in with her fingers; she would not have done it. The owner should make sure the assistant is taking the time to massage in the shampoo and conditioner with her fingers. That is a normal process. All the other salons do it. The hair needs to be clean. So you can't just put shampoo in the hair without using your fingers to go through the hair. Otherwise how is it thoroughly getting clean? People pay a lot of money to get their hair done. You need to offer the top services; especially you want or expect tips. I had considered coming here. But when my friend told me this; I became hesitant. I am not sure I want to get my hair done from here. I thought the owner should be made aware of this; since I don't think my friend told the owner of the this salon. Other than that I don't think she had any other complaints
