It was my first time going and I wanted clarity on the parking. When I arrived, I called a number that I was given and asked to speak with her just to be sure that I was parked in the right spot and she said, "It's me. It's my phone. Who else is going to answer it?" I told her that I would not know because it's my first time because I had only spoken with her once before, so it could have actually been the general salon number. She said that if it was the salon number, she would have said the salon name when she answered. I kindly let her know that her sarcasm and tone were offputting and made me nervous. She nice nasty said, "If someone gave you my number to recommend me, then you know it's my phone." She had no interest in apologizing after I let her know that her tone made me nervous to have her do my hair. She was nonchalant, so I told her to have a good day. Question: Would you trust someone new who is mean to touch your hair? This was dubious, so I left.
