Yes, Ben Clare is very caring and professional! He called me to check in with me to see if everything is good and well, showed me how i can get my boarding pass to my phone! Understood what i wanted and did exactly just that! No complaints :), i wish i could give 10 stars. ALSO, on top of that, this is the only website i found to be the cheapest compared to all other websites! The difference is about $300, i can definitely use some extra cash on a trip! Enjoy your flight! :D
I had the pleasure of being helped by an agent by the name of Simon with my mom's booking and he was very pleasant, patient, caring and knowledgeable. I'm very grateful and happy with my experience with Crystal Travel. The customer service I received from Simon was superb.
