My husband spent over 30 days at Autumn Care of Madison and we were very pleased with the outcome of the stay. He went to Autumn Care for rehabilitation after being in the hospital for about a month and a half. They were able to get him up and moving around and doing some things on his own. He enjoyed the food and the staff was wonderful. It was nice to have everyone come by on their last shift with him to tell him how wonderful he was as a patient and how excited they were for the improvements that he had made. The staff was warm, friendly and encouraging to him. It was nice to walk in each day and see him sitting up, dressed and holding a conversation. It was also nice that he was always clean and staff quickly took care of any issues. The nurses were readily available to answer my questions, no matter what time of day. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a caring, supportive and professional environment to spend their time for rehab, recovery or long term care.
I had a wonderful experience. I had a knee reconstruction and replacement. I was in the hospital for two days. Released in a brace, unable to bend my knee for 2 weeks. I went straight to Autumn Care. Had physical therapy and occupational therapy 6 days a week. The last day I was able to unlock the brace to start bending. My care was wonderful. The food was good and the activities were engaging. I work there as the hairdresser But while there as a resident in my room I listened to how everyone was treated. Everyone was treated just like me. I received the same food and care as everyone. The therapy department was fantastic. Come visit us.
Paul and his team are doing a great job of providing high quality care to the residents. They work tirelessly to make sure the needs of the residents come first.
The only reason why I gave it a five is because of some of the nurses there like Natasha, Eva, Brittany and Ashley who is no longer there and some of the Aides. The facility needs more people like them who really care
My mother has been admitted here at Autumn Care. We were able to attend the Christmas lighting and parade earlier this month and were treated like family. Staffing has been great at attending mother's special requests, needs, and any concerns. Thank you to the staff here!
