I have been going to Chereen for my haircuts and color since 2015 and I am still a loyal customer because she really is the best! She is great at helping you figure out what you need if you're not totally sure or making your specific hair dreams come true. I highly recommend her for all types of curly hair cuts/styling, and of course, for color and extreme color transformations. It is so exciting that she now has her own dedicated salon! The space itself is super clean, fun, cool, and relaxing to be in; you really feel like you are in a special place. She is such a talented stylist and wonderful person. You will not be disappointed if you're looking for a hair makeover or for regular hair maintenance :)

I went to this hair salon a year ago. I asked her to dye my hair copper ginger. I showed her pictures and gave her the shades I normally use. She died my hair brown and made me wait until the next day to fix it. When I asked her to fix it she gave me attitude and started yelling at me saying that the color she gave me was what I asked for. However, the picture I showed her was closer to blonde and she died it a dark brown. She even brought her coworker in on the argument to try to defend her point. I politely said this is not ginger and after continuing to insult me and fight me she finally agreed to redo my hair. She forced me to stand up against a wall so she could take pictures of my hair after she didn’t give me what I wanted. She did fix it to the color I wanted. But that was $400 for me to not get the color I wanted and instead to get my worst fear of a hair color and get yelled at because she doesn’t know what ginger looks like. I used to get my hair died at a salon every month for five years. And because of this experience and how I was treated at this salon I have not gone to a hair salon since. Her name is Erica Pabon. Do not recommend. Save your money and do your hair yourself. Or go to a different hair salon that will give you the color you want and not scream at you.
Was referred for a color and am so glad I booked with Chereen! I'm usually all over the place with the color I want but I saw that she was patient with me and suggested options for what I was trying to achieve. She asked about my color history and that means a lot to a client that is trusting someone to color their curls. Overall I am VERY pleased with results. She nailed the exact color I wanted. I get so many compliments about my color that I pass on her information so that others can be just as elated as I am. And also the distribution was even, no spotty color, no chunky highlights. Just an organized distribution, and I'm OCD about that. Her and her co-worker were very attentive and careful with my curls. I look forward to the next appointment!
