I rented this space for my 30th and it was amazing. Yaana was extremely helpful throughout the process and also decorated the place for my event. This was super convenient as with most event spaces you will also need to hire someone for decorations, but with Yaana's space, she offers this service as well. The space seated 65 of my close friends and family comfortably, it also came dj ready with a booth/bluetooth speakers and the space is very clean. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at XYZ Avenue! I would definitely book again for future events.
I celebrated my 30th birthday at this venue. Let’s talk about great customer service, anytime i had a question or any concerns she got back to me really fast and that’s a plus for me.She worked with me through the whole process offering me add on i needed.Great space very clean very pretty love the led lights on the celling my favorite and overall the owner is a sweetheart.i can go on and on i will highly recommend i give them a 10 out of 10 My birthday celebration came out great thanks for having me.
This year I decided to host a last minute gathering for my birthday and let’s just say I fell short of the preparation to pull off a gathering with high expectations of glitz and glam so last minute. XYZ_Avenue’s Venue in itself set the tone for a beautiful night and the owner came through with the perfect decorations from the tables setting, all the way to the backdrop, and much more. That level of professionalism, vision, guidance and patience only comes from people who are passionate about what they do and have to offer to their client. I could not have asked for a better outcome, it is NY true one stop shop, with every detail tailored to your vision.
My sister had a really bad experience with another venue in Brooklyn and needed another option last minute. Nana was so helpful! Not only were we able to book her venue, but she is always an amazing decorator. Thank you so much for accommodating us for my niece’s 1st birthday!
Hi everyone, Xyz Avenue is a great event space for any occasion. I had my son’s 10th birthday party and my niece had her 8th birthday party. Space is very clean and very spacious for many events 👏👏👏 !!! I really recommend this place to anyone who has any event!!! The owner is very friendly and professional!!
