Whitney is simply the best. I have seen her for multiple services. My daughter’s hair had become severely tangled and I couldn’t fix it. It was a traumatic experience for everyone. I put my daughter in Whitney’s hands and she gently detangled, cut and patiently styled her hair. She taught me how to properly care for her hair. I am so thankful. Whitney has colored my stubborn grays. She’s cut my hair to encourage hair growth. She’s made me sexy wigs. She has styled members of my family for their big events. She is the best. She has talented, gentle hands and a kind heart.
Whitney is the best! Super skilled, always professional and on time, and a lovely person. She takes extra care to understand what clients want and spends as much time as is necessary to get it right. She never cuts corners. I see her twice a year for a Keratin treatment. It’s always perfect. I highly recommend Whitney for any service!
I have been going to Whitney for about six or seven years now, as have my aunt and my grandmother. There is no one we trust more with our hair than Whitney. She is truly in expert in what she does not to even mention the relationships she’s built with all of us along the way. Going to her isn’t just about the hair and honestly I don’t even worry because I have never once left her chair not feeling my best, but she truly cares about the people she works with and I’m grateful my aunt found her all these years ago. She is worth every cent and I can’t recommend someone for hair in nyc more.
Bought my hair back to life! I started with Whitney a few months ago for conditioning treatments, cut and style and within 4-6 visits she was able to thicken my hair for more bounce and shine. She’s a hair magician and I look forward to every appointment!
Whitney has been cutting my hair for about 8 years and I truly can’t recommend her enough! She is incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming and has such a masterful knowledge of cuts, styling, and hair care overall. Before finding Whitney, I had a difficult time trying to figure out what to do with my thick hair and how to ask for it to be cut — she has completely turned this process around and made it all so much easier by taking weight off during our sessions, exploring different looks, and helping me style it.
