They are very patient and accommodating, Dr. Poindexter makes great conversation to make sure you are comfortable, along with her staff. Dr. Poindexter and her staff are the kindest, most professional group of people you can come across. As an immigrant there has never been a time when I wasn’t explained patiently the procedures, making sure I was comfortable and felt safe. They are amazing at what they do as much as they are amazing as human beings with real concern about people they are dealing with. I’m glad I found such a great practice with outstanding bedside manners. Can’t recommend this enough.
