Horrible company. Took graduation photos in December of 2022 it is now June of 2023 and school still has not received all photos parents paid for, not to mention the lack of professionalism from them by not giving a reason other than they are working on it. Will not recommend this company for anyone that is looking to savor memories. Didn’t even offer a compensation even though parents paid ridiculous price for photos that would have been a lot cheaper in JC pennies.
When you send you daughter wearing a pretty sweater dress and looking her best and whoever is there assisting the photographer doesn't notice that she's wearing a dress and not a regular sweater should be fired! My daughter looks like she is naked from the waist down! Learn to work with Special Needs children! Shame on you!
Extremely upset with this place ive been waiting almost a month for a package of photos I paid almost 75$ for online, I have called several times and spoke with 4 different reps they all give me a different answer (sounds more like excuses) as to why its taking so long for me to receive my sons photos. One hand does not know what the other is doing in this place honestly and who ever is the owner needs to get his business under control. One person says the photos were expedited to me I would have them in 2 days the next person says I should have received them already which is not the case if not i would not be calling, the other did not know what was going on or what to tell me and Ms.Stacey who I spoke with today says shes going to call USPS and find out whats going on which sounds like another excuse because I havent even received a tracking number for it oh and to top it off she was sending me online digitals within 5 minutes and I have yet to receive those either. I mean I dont know what type of business is ran like this but this is not professional at all. To keep parents waiting this long and continuously giving excuses is insanity and absurd also from what I see in other reviews thats just how this company rolls I guess. Wont be getting any of my business anymore I tell you that much.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely unprofessional and horrible quality. Ur better off using ur phone. Don’t trust this horrible company
I have been waiting 4 months for my order. I keep calling, the receptionist(s) keep taking my information, say they are going to send the order but never do. Whenever I call back, there is no record of my calls or requests for my order to be sent. Don’t waste your time. I’m talking to my daughter’s school about using another company.
