I had a small birthday celebration here on their second floor for about 30 guests. The venue is very nice and spacious. The owners were kind, professional and accommodating. I would definitely hold another event at this venue.
Prime 143 is a beautiful venue! The support I received from the staff was amazing. They made every effort to accommodate the needs of my event planner and guest. Book with Prime 143, trust me you won’t be disappointed. There is pretty good parking in the area as well.
To start, I had another venue booked for my baby shower and they canceled on me a month to the day of the event. I was panicked and in my search to find a new venue came across Sweet 66. They were unable to accommodate me but offered to send my contact info to some other venues they knew, which is how I was connected to Prime 143. From the first message John was informative and thorough. I was quickly able to schedule a viewing, had all my questions answered, and was able to book. Two weeks before my event I was reminded that my original venue included a backdrop and the one chairs. I called John and he was able to put me in contact with Ade Belle Events who hooked my shower up with draping and was able to track down the throne chair I wanted. On the day of she was completely done setting up before I even arrived! Carlton, one of the owners for Prime 143 was on site for most of the event and he made sure I was situated and happy before leaving. A staff member whose name I did not catch did stay the whole time and helped move tables, procured extra coolers when my massive amount of ice arrived, and was generally on hand for anything I needed. An hour into the event my husband had not arrived to hook up the speakers and I got a call asking if I wanted to use the venues. At the end of the event I got help cleaning up and was not rushed to leave. The next day I got a call asking if everything went okay and received my security deposit back shortly after. All in all I was extremely happy with this venue and the way I the Williamsburg venue community worked together to make sure my day was special. I would highly recommend.
My experience at Prime 143 was exceptional. Everyone including my own mother was so happy with the customer service and how helpful the team was. You all made this one of my best experiences and were also genuine and professional which is rare. Every event I can think of doing I will make it at Prime!!! I personally don’t leave reviews but I really had to. Aside from the customer service, the venue was spacious, clean and looked exactly like the images portrayed online. If you are looking for a central location for a venue in Brooklyn, I would highly recommend Prime 143.
my experience was a 10/10. very respectful owners, great communication. We party the night away with no worries. My only concern was parking because of the location and me and my family found parking with no problem. Definitely will book again.
