Extremely dissatisfied with the result of the service. Had a few dress shirts ironed and cleaned here. Two shirts have oil or grease stains. And the way they were irond - incredibly bad. They look better when they are simply washed and hung to dry. Please find the photos attached.
Highly recommend! Staff go out of their way to ensure the customer is happy. For example, I was set to pickup my dry cleaning on Saturday but unfortunately due to a family emergency, they had to close early. With the store closed on Sundays, I found myself “stuck” as I dropped off a large order of dress clothes for the week ahead. After reaching out to the store explaining my situation, they graciously opened the store up for me on Sunday afternoon so I could retrieve my dry cleaning. Uri was the individual who assisted me and his customer service surpasses any other dry cleaners I’ve experienced here in NYC. Great dry cleaning, amazing staff, and appropriately priced! 10/10 recommend! Again, a huge S/O to Uri for taking time out of his Sunday to make sure I received my order in time for the work week ahead! Thank you!
Highly recommend! I had a great experience with the dry cleaning service as well as customer service and care. I had multiple work dresses in various colors and materials and coats dry cleaned which all worked out great and the quality of the job was fantastic. I am also grateful for the customer care, I was late to pick up my items and had an early flight the next day. The manager went out of his way to make sure I get my items in time without any extra charges. Overall fantastic service!
I have used the place a few times. I picked it because it seemed to have the best ratings on Google in FiDi. I wish I had picked more carefully. While the dry cleaning of the shirts is fine, this place lost some of the shirts I had dropped off. I came to retrieve the shirts and the guy at the front desk just casually noted “We can’t find them. We will give you a call if we do” This was a Thomas Pink shirt, too. So thank you for losing a shirt and making me regret ever selecting you as a place to do dry cleaning. I never had a shirt lost with a dry cleaning place in my 20+ years using various places. What was worst, I asked for a manager to contact me to find a resolution and they have not contacted me, yet. They haven’t offered to reimburse me nor has anyone contacted me so I had to file a police report. I strongly advise anyone else to look elsewhere unless you want your shirts missing or stolen from this place 🤷♂️
The absolute WORST dry cleaner/tailor I have ever used. Horrible service with a nasty attitude. Don’t ruin your clothes, don’t ruin your day, just go anywhere else. They also have filled this page with obviously fake reviews, as well as pretending to have been in the neighborhood for 20 years. They just moved in and they won’t be there long.
