This took me back to Jamaica 🇯🇲 food was great. I had the D roundabout which is jerk chicken, ox tails, curry goat, rice and peas, cabbage and plantains. It's enough for 2 ppl and everything was good. We were a party of 9 and no one was disappointed. The staff were excellent there was a live DJ at 2p. The drinks were amazing a few of us had rum punch .
So this was my first time going here and it will be my last. First of all the food took Long, we got there at around 7:36 and the Food came out at around 9pm. I don't mind waiting this long for food if it was good. I got the tropical seafood stew or something and there was nothing good about it. It lack a good flavor. They do give you more mussels then anything else. The pina coloda was watery and I couldn't taste the alcohol that I had to ask if it was virgin. When it was time to go the waiter took about 15 minutes to bring the check and for us to pay. He first took Long to bring the receipt so we were there waiting. When he bought it, we had to wait for him again to come back to pay. We waited so long I had to ask his co worker to get him. He hardly even check in on us. Therefore the automatic gratuity of 20% was ridiculous. The music was also low and the "live music " is why my friend was interested in this place. Also $24 for 4 lamb meatballs is ridiculous. My friend order and didn't realize the price
- Great at accommodating large parties. - Drinks are tasty and strong. - Nice spot to take photos. - Pasta is amazing. - Jerk chicken tasted like BBQ Jerk, but good. - Calamari 👌🏾 and the fried peppers are a nice touch.
I had a great first time at this location. It was nice & clean, bathrooms too!! Romantic vibe with subtle lighting, great music & delicious food & drinks. All the things that I love to make my date night even more special. I will definitely be back again to try more on the menu. We had the escovitch snapper & calamari (very flavorful), spring rolls & plantains. All came out hot & fresh & nicely seasoned. Everything was perfect & our server too!
The food was great, I got the oxtails and would highly recommend them. If you’re in the mood for a drink, try the Iron Man it is another great offer by the restaurant. The staff was nice, the atmosphere was nice, nothing out of the extraordinary; but the food was pretty good and enough to share
