This was the nicest salon experience. I felt so spoiled and taken care of by my stylist, Ariel! I arrived on time and they were ready and expecting me. The Salon felt fresh, bright and clean. I went in for a silk press and left feeling Great about my hair. Ariel was gentle with my hair throughout the service and communicated with me through each step. I will surely revisit!
I requested several different hairstyles at NVS and I have yet to be disappointed. I usually go to Anari to press and style my hair who I absolutely love because she sees to it that every hair is in line. This salon specializes in silk press - I have fine hair that always reverts when I get it pressed; however when I get it done at this salon my hair stays straight longer. Below are a number of styles I received here. It is difficult to get an appointment outside of working hours, so this is a salon you have to plan ahead for. It is also more pricy than other salons, but I have to say, they don’t miss!
My experience with Nadia Vassell Salon has been unique, from the stylist to Nadia, the owner: top-notch service, a beautiful clean salon, and friendly staff. I am happy each time that I go there for my hair appointments.

Nadia Vassell is a wonderful salon. Nadia and staff are great. They are personable and caring. Each time I’ve visited the salon I felt a sense of belonging, and comfort.
