Before and after my first appt. I inquired about Sherviii membership program. I was told that I would be allowed to sign up after I paid for my first fill in. Then suddenly after my first fill in two weeks later, I was informed that their membership was now at capacity. I found the timing very interesting, classic bait & switch, definitely will NOT be back. If like me, you're also booking because you were interested in the membership, beware.
This is the best lash studio I’ve been to. Annya and Shervi are so sweet and always ensure that I’m super comfortable. Highly recommend!!! I get so many compliments about my lashes after my appointments and the retention is amazing!
I had my eyebrows Microshaded by Shervii today, 6/19/23. This was a process that I had put off for so long out of fear of the pain, and searching to find a person of color with great reviews to do the procedure. I have to say that the Microshading process with Sherviii calmed any and all fears I had with regards to the pain. Shervii was very patient working with me to provide the proper eyebrow shape that would complement my facial structure. She made sure that my eyebrows were perfect!!!! The environment was clean and extremely calming. I would highly recommend Shervii to anyone who is interested in eyebrow Microshading. You will not be disappointed!!!
Both techs was very professional and welcoming, it was my first time getting my lashes and eyebrows done the services was explained to me very well. The salon was very clean. The end results was amazing. I would recommend this business anytime 😊 👌
I’m in love with my brows! Shervii did an amazing job. She made sure I was completely satisfied with my brow shape. Such an amazing experience.
