Jenny does an amazing nails, and vicky did a great job with my toes. I highly recommend the citrus pedicure it's so relaxing, and the staff is super friendly would won't regret stopping by much love ❤
I bought a groupon for this place as a gift to my grandmother, and she loved it! The package included a lavender/citrus foot bath and mani-pedi. My grandma's feet were very calloused and the girls there did an excellent job at cleaning it all out. And her mani-pedi were properly done. This was the very first time my grandmother ever went to a spa! I was there with her and personally I think the place could've been more upkept and clean. And even with an appointment, we had to wait an hour to be serviced; that's why I gave 4 stars.
I dropped my wife off here to be serviced for one thing (a eyebrow waxing Service) I came back 2 hours later just to see her still waiting for service.. she eventually did get her wax HOURS LATER. Overall we can’t keep supporting our black owned business as a community if you’re not satisfying your customers, the results of the wax was phenomenal I give you stars for that however the wait time needs to be better ladies .. quick to charge people at the door like it’s a club but take all day for service isn’t insanity then I don’t know what is.. If you’re booking here I suggest you clear your entire day, you’re going to be waiting excessively long no matter the type of service. Would’ve gave more stars but the wait time was disgusting being the fact you guys are quick on feet to charge customers at the entry.
Love the concept and design, but not so much the experience. Popped in to support, as I love to support fellow black (especially woman) owned businesses and I regret it. Walked in for lashes. They didn't have 3/4 options advertised, so I ended up getting "3d mink lashes." They're pretty at a glance but the application itself is super messy. Literally like long-lasting strip lash glue, uneven and messily applied. I'm sure they'll ask "why didn't you say anything before you left or contact us to fix it." I honestly didn't pay close attention once finished (MY fault) and by the time I got back home, I had zero interest in returning. I literally could've went to a brow shop and got better value, but I'll take my L. A few things I disliked: -lack of professionalism by person working front desk (I believe 1/2 owners). She appeared easily aggravated by customers and repeatedly expressed "needing a drink to deal with them." -CLEANLINESS! During my service, I realized how dirty this place actually was, as I had to stare at the ground. The floor was filthy: hair, sticky black stains and just visible dirt all over. I understand a lot of makeup is done here, but at least wipe down tables and counters to maintain sanitation and avoid build up. Also didn't see employees washing hands in between clients. Waiting seating needs to be reupholstered or replaced, as the tufted chairs were dirty. I really wanted to love this place, but I can't. I do hope they eventually improve by being more patient with customers, providing a cleaner environment and taking some of the customers' feedback into consideration rather than being confrontational on reviews because a lot of people made valid points
DO NOT GO HERE! I paid $59 for a 30 min make-up service in which I couldn’t receive the lipstick color or eyeliner needed for my false eyelashes, to complete the prior makeup look. The owner knew and when I requested a red lipstick she said it would cost $5 -10 more. INSANE! But here I was trying to support a black business and got robbed. NEVER AGAIN Sis!
