Yes they do not respond immediately but they c to all our queries are responded and the service is very gentle and warm!! She is very patient and warm with the customers and the results are amazing!!
Did all my wedding blouses and reception outfit done by them. Really loved the output. The colour, the fit, the work, everything was put together really well. Couldn't thank them enough for making my day even more special. Thank you guys
Had very BAD experience at maison grey. Very sweetly they took order from me and the output of the skirt was total disaster. I told them to alter but they didn’t do it. Their first preference is money. I said anyway I’m not satisfied with the skirt please stitch a proper palazzo pant give. They also stitched the palazzo pant again with the very bad fitting I thought they won’t ask money for palazzo pant since the skirt was a disaster. Without any shame they asked d money for palazzo pant. That pretty girl went n sat inside and that stupid girl I think it’s her assistant came n spoke to me shamelessly that she cannot alter and she wants to collect money. Shameless people. This place is also very pricey. Please don’t go to this for stitching looking at her pretty face in Instagram.

Not a good experience overall: Satisfied with the stitching but disappointed as a customer on other aspects. Read through the below! I had dropped a message on Instagram to take an appointment, however, I was told that I can drop by any time. I even informed her I'd stop by the next day at her studio, but when I went, there was no one. She said she would be there in 20 minutes, but did not come the entire time I was there, I was attended by Tailor Anna only. And the pattern and designs were discussed over a phone call. I wouldn't want to just go to a Designer Boutique to discuss ideas and patterns over a phone call. As a result, there was a slight confusion on what we discussed. Also, It is very hard to get a response via a Phone call or WhatsApp text. I had called a few times on the delivery day to check if my blouse was ready, but no response despite being on another call too. No reply to texts as well.
