As first time customers, there are not enough positive words to explain our visit at Americas Best! The staff in its entirety were helpful, but Janice is the best!! She made our buying experience the best!! When you visit the Culpeper location we highly recommend asking for Janice!
Excellent experience at America’s Best in Culpeper today! We are headed out on vacation tomorrow and my son realized he was almost out of contacts! We were able to get an eye exam and walk out with the contacts same day! Everyone was super helpful- especially Samantha, Mayra, and Erica. Thanks for helping us out! We really appreciated everything!
My visit to Americas Best was overall great. The doctor and all of the staff who assisted me were very nice and helpful and answered any questions I had! I would definitely recommend them to anyone for your eye needs.
What a joke. Paid for an exam and they could not get the same contacts I’ve used for years. Told me they were discontinued. Ok fine, they ordered me samples and a month later nothing had arrived. Checked online and found every place I look has the contacts I’ve been using for years that are “discontinued”. Went back in and they would not give me a prescription to get them without making an appointment to see their doctor again because they didn’t “complete” the last one with the trials I never received. They only gave me one for glasses. Wasted my time and money.
Amazing service from Madison, who is in the pre-test section, she was really helpful, caring, and professional 😀. As well, Kyleah great customer service, helpful 🙂. The Dr. Justin was as well amazing. 👏
