I waited for 40 minutes to be seen. Dr. Backer was unaware that this was my first visit. I explained that I waited to see a dentist because of the pandemic. He was unsympathetic and cold. He kept repeating that I've had my condition for a long time. He was more focused on blaming me than the how he would help me. I left feeling alone and unsupported.
Dr. Backer is beyond amazing. This man has SKILLS! The best dentist I ever experienced. I wish I found him sooner! I am referring everyone I know! Moreover, his front desk staff and dental assistant delivered the most outstanding customer service EVER! It was my 1st visit, and they made sure everything was clear with my insurance before I sat in the chair. My wait was LESS than 20 minutes!!! Never have I ever anywhere....until today! ********HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!********
Dr. Backer is the best dentist ever to and his entire staff is amazing! Thanks for making me feel comfortable on each visit. I recommend him to my friends and family.
Hands down the best dentist experience!! Dr. Backer is calming, does excellent work and filled my cavity masterfully. I had no anxiety like normal. The office staff is great too.
Dr. Backer is the BEST dentist and his entire staff is amazing! I usually get anxious about going to the dentist, but Dr. Backer eases those worries. He is detailed, quick, and very tuned in to the health of my teeth. I recommend him to my friends and family, and believe you will be happy if you chose him as your dentist too! :-D
