I am so happy I found Fleetlife Transport for my family’s NYC pizza tour. The booking process was so easy, with a quick response time thanks to Darwin, even with only a few days notice. Our driver Anthony, was also the best! He was so friendly and accommodating and got us to each destination quickly without any trouble at all. We felt like we gained another family member by the end of our trip. Not to mention the sprinter van was super clean and comfortable. I can’t wait to book our next event and couldn’t recommend them enough!
Fleetlife was incredible!! Of all the places I called for quotes, Darwin was the most helpful, responsive, nicest and best cost! He checked in with me, gave updates on timing and was a great driver. The vehicle was clean and had water. Wouldn’t use any other company and have already referred to friends! Thank you!
My daughter’s prom, first time renting a party Sprinter van, we had a great experience w/Fleetlife! My daughter and (9) of her friends had an amazing time to and from prom venue, comfortable seating, great sound system & lighting! Van was a new upgraded model just like advertised, freshly cleaned & washed! John was a great host/driver, very polite, patient & professional! Looking forward to using them again next prom season, Thank you for helping to make it a memorable evening!
This company is amazing, very communicative, fast and accommodating. I also love that it’s black owned. I’ll definitely be calling them back. They took us to the Beyoncé renaissance concert. 10/10 experience! Also, shout out to our driver Jeff! He’s great!
Amazing experience from start to finish. I am a person who is really nervous about booking online things. There are a lot of scams and you just never know. The booking process was painless i asked a million questions and reached out constantly leading up to my reservation and i was reassured and all my questions answered. Jeff my driver was THE BEST he was so people friendly patient and helpful which changes the entire experience. He interacted with my family and it was like he was apart of the family. I will be using Fleetlife forever and Jeff will need to always be my driver. This company is amazing with the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
