We had the most amazing experience here!! My now-husband and I had no real dance experience coming in, so we took private and group lessons to prep for our wedding. Lauren was the greatest instructor ever!! She choreographed the BEST first dance for us and practiced with us nonstop so we could perfect it. It was truly our favorite part of our whole wedding day!! The group classes were also super helpful, and fun! Definitely recommend Emmanuel Pierre-Antoine Dance Studio!!
My fiancé and I have had the best experience at EPA! We started with a smaller package and loved Lauren so much that we decided to buy more private classes - both to perfect our dance and because Lauren is so great and we have so much fun!! It has been one of our favorite parts of wedding planning. Highly recommend - and huge thanks to Lauren for such an amazing and fun experience!
Wonderful venue for Ballroom Dancing! BEAUTIFUL NEW DANCE STUDIO in a Great Location! Ease of Parking. Near Penn Station and LIRR. Super Nice Crowd of Dancers! And Great DJ Irene plays the Best Danceable Music!!
I was in NYC for Juneteenth weekend and I called the dance studio the week before to set up a private with Emmanuel. I explained to the receptionist that I’m from Boston and wanted to squeeze in a lesson during my visit to NYC. She took down my information and said someone will call me to confirm the appointment. I never received a call back even after o left several messages. I don’t know if it’s a New York thing or a Haitian thing, but either way, that was very unprofessional.
Best of luck to this beautiful studio! Beautiful large space. Great dance floor. Close to public transportation. Amazing grand opening showcases and the DJ had the dance floor partying!
