I called from Paris for a specific bunch of white flowers. They were lovely and smelt great. My error was not to order a vase and get the full arrangement as the gentleman suggested. Thank you so much! Please know the arrangement is not the store's. Theirs would have been more beautiful.

Beautiful flowers and even better customer service! I placed my online order on a Friday morning for same day delivery. My daughter is in a show, and it is the first performance of hers I cannot attend since I live several states away. I wanted to surprise her with a bouquet and a note. Eclore Floral was super responsive to my emails and made sure she got her bouquet when she arrived home to her apartment Friday evening. I had forgotten to include her apartment number on the delivery address, but Eclore Floral was able to quickly update the delivery address when I emailed them. I am super impressed with the quality of flowers and with the kindness I was shown. I will be sure to have all of my family purchase from this company in the future!

Amazing bouquet at a reasonable price. Great on the phone and follow up as well. We try to use small businesses and Eclore Floral displayed as close to where we wanted the flowers to be delivered. I was nervous, not knowing them, but will always use them going forward. Very pleased.
