Came for an event for Valentine's Day, mind you I was a hour late, place was closed. Event was canceled due to event planners phone being stolen in front of her(🙄❓) like the excuse just doesn't even make sense or explains why event was canceled without notice or refund. Cleaner(the one who informed us) had the audacity to say come again another time cause nothing's happening, Smfh so unprofessional. I was told to pre buy tables (like $24) cause tables were $40 in person. Just straight con. Also don't believe the hype this is an event space not no bar or restaurant they bring food here not make it. P.S. as you can see owner only responds to nice comments or find an excuse for their poor service, real bosses can admit their faults.
My girls and I wanted a bite to eat but heard pumping music and we followed the sound that led us to Dorsett's. Our server, Ashley was sweet and attentive (A ➕ for patrons) & the Matri'Ds too! We had some seasoned fries, calamari and were blessed to try a new promotional drink by Maker's Mark, ???Breeze (i forgot name). It was so good, we ordered 2 carafes. We'll be back on Labor Day Monday!!!
Celebrated my husband's birthday and it was great. The food, service and music was great. Will be back for Taco Tuesdays.
Great food. Great music. Slow service. Owners need to handle themselves more professionally. Owner's response in the comments proved my point about the complete lack of professionalism. The owner asked for my husband to show his bank transaction on his phone to prove that we paid (we did pay). What professional establishment does that? Most establishments have systems that track payments. Won't be coming back here again and advise anyone else considering will do the same.
I came here for a birthday brunch and the experience was lackluster. My food was decent and their fries were good.However, everything else wasn’t. It took more than two hours for my friends food to come because they thought we were waiting for our other guests which wasn’t the case. Even though like four employees and the manager came to check on us we constantly had to remind them of our food and drinks. They gave us comp fries and wings.
