Very attentive and thorough. Will make an in depth assessment if necessary and give you a comprehensive protocol. I need a lot of work and as involved as it was, she was right on top of it without blinking or skipping a beat. I had another dentist that had an attitude and was judgmental about my condition. Not what you need when you have dental problems. Dr. Joseph is the exact opposite of that. Great!
ThIs office took very careful protocols to prevent Covid (and other infections) from spreading. They assistant was very cordial and professional. The doctor was very thorough and explained things well and listened and answered all of my questions. She even provided some helpful information about insurance.
Cleanest, fastest most pleasant dental experience I've ever had! Dr. Joseph is extremely gentle, compassionate and knowledgeable. She adheres to strict hygiene procedures which is comforting post Covid. Her assistant is very kind and gentle as well. Only downside is parking in the area is HORRIBLE.
I absolutely appreciate you welcoming from the door to the dental recliner chair and each step of the procedure was well explained to the patient such as, X-RAY procedure and the deep cleaning process. Dr. Joseph is a profound prolific and devout professional. I have had the pleasure of having Dr. Joseph as my premier and primary oral physician for years.
