Nancy/Hygienist was excellent. She is very friendly and professional. After X-rays and cleaning, which was superb, she explained everything in detail. Dr. Richardson was also excellent. His exam was very thorough and he made me feel very comfortable. He was very kind and patient. I highly recommend this team of professionals.
I've been going to this dentist's office for a while now, and I have to say that I'm really pleased with the service I receive there. One of the things I appreciate most is that I'm always seen on time, which is a big deal for me. The staff is friendly and professional, and they make me feel comfortable during my appointments. The dentist himself is very attentive and always takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I have. I feel like he genuinely cares about my dental health and is committed to helping me maintain it. The hygienist is also excellent - she's thorough, gentle, and really knows what she's doing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dentist's office to anyone looking for high-quality dental care. The staff is top-notch, the facilities are clean and modern, and the service is always excellent. Great staff!! Ashley and Tanya were very helpful and sweet in the front. Yazmin was very attentive with my 10 year old who can be a bit anxious, and was great overall! Dr.Richardson was also very gentle with my child and took very great care while giving her a filling! Nancy the hygienist was great! We both felt very comfortable and left with clean smiles. Definitely will recommend this to place to everyone!!

From the moment you walk into the office-Ashley is very welcoming and friendly! Nancy-the dental hygienist is amazing! She is professional, kind, knowledgeable and really helpful! The dentist is professional and very nice as well! So wonderful to have such a great dental office here in the Bronx! There is parking right out front as well!
