I was pleased that the office was very clean, and that no more than one or two patients were in the waiting room at one time. The receptionist seemed very efficient and was familiar with the dental insurance forms. Dr. Han was pleasant and did not insist upon unnecessary x-rays. I had hoped to have had a tooth filling right there instead of being referred to an endodontist.
Overall experience: really good. Everyone there is great. Only gripe: getting dental x-rays annually. It seems to me once every 24-36 months would be sufficient.
Dr. Reid is the most amazing dentist ever! I came in with unresolved pain from some previous treatment I had, and let me just say that as soon as the numbness wore off, I didn't feel that pain anymore! Her precision and expertise left me with unnoticeable perfection with my front teeth and nomore irritable pain! The staff was amazing, professional and very welcoming! Peggy and Lynn were such sweet hearts, and her assistants were very pleasant and gentle. I look forward to completing the rest of my imperfections with Dr. Reid and her staff. The next appointment can't be soon enough! Thank you Dr. Reid for making this hot mess patient pain free❤️
The entire team took the time to get to know my son and make him comfortable. They helped support me with billing and insurance questions I had and were very accommodating when we didn't have the right insurance details on us. To top it off the work done on my son is amazing! Just a warm, professional environment!
I am so grateful to have come across an exceptional doctor and human being like Lisa Reid. And I met many. I consulted with her about a complex situation and her advice could not have matched my own thoughts and intuition more perfectly. Moreover, I felt that my best interest was Lisa's priority, and that meant a lot. It informed me of her expertise, integrity, and ethical values. So rare. Her office carries her elegance and class in all aspects. From her lovely staff, to the view of the trees: it feels like you are invited to her home...
