This was my first appointment at Citryne Rose and I absolutely loved it! I made an appointment due to a sudden hair emergency and I was able to get in the same day. From the very first phone call with the receptionist and throughout my appointment, everyone was so welcoming and kind. Vogue gave me the best silk press I have ever had! She was so personable and gentle with my hair. She walked me through what she was doing and answered any question I had. My hair feels clean, silky, and has a fantastic bounce to it. I really can’t thank Citryne Rose and Vogue enough for this amazing experience. I can’t wait for my next appointment!
Great and efficient first experience with Leena a few weeks back. Extremely disappointing experience today with another stylist. I was double booked and made to wait with no thoughtful communications on why and it certainly wasn’t because of my “treatment wait time”…perhaps the other client was more important? Either way I spent approx. 4hrs for a service that shouldn’t have exceeded 2hrs. Unacceptable service all around.
Loved my experience at Citryne Rose. Its giving black luxury, black excellence and professionalism. These stylists are professional, knowledgeable and kind. After years of needing some TLS for my hair but have been pushing it off due to the lack of knowledge of my hair type. Decided to book an appointment for my birthday and it was the best gift I could've given myself. Everything was high class from the welcoming receptionist to the beautiful decorum. Shantell saved my hair and now has a returning client for life. not only is she cognizant of all hair types but has a welcoming attitude

I’ve been coming here for about 1 ½ years and the service is always excellent. My normal stylist is Leena who does a great job with my hair no matter which style I choose. Coming here has helped me keep my natural hair healthy. I consistently come for regular trims and my hair has flourished.
