This is the first time that I ordered flowers from Charmayne's, and I am happy with the arrangements and her professionalism. Thank you for doing a beautiful job, you have a new, satisfied customer.
Love Charmayne's. One day, I have to go in and meet them. I order all of my florist needs from this group. Delivery is always correct and on time. Wonderful staff, too. I had to call in one day. They were so friendly and sounded like joy.

On May 2nd I went to Ms. Charmayne flowers and I asked her to create an unusual and colorful hairpiece to match my mom's shoes on Mother's Day. On May 11th I went back to pick it up and she created a masterpiece which was pulchritudinous, amazing, and spectacular!! Upon showing my mom, she blown away. Wow!! Thank you!! If I could give this woman zero stars, I would. She was completely unprofessional. It is a pity that people work for her, and continue to support her business. She knows nothing about professionalism or customer service. I went to pick up my wedding flowers & there was a misunderstanding with the pickup time and she proceeded to yell at my fiancé (she made it very clear she was not talking to ME as if that made her behavior more acceptable) from across the shop as opposed to coming to us and calmly speaking to us. When I tried to speak to her about her behaviors she was extremely dismissive. First she tried to avoid talking to me because she was on “break” & instructed her worker to tell me to call back in 30 min, then when I called she answered & proceeded to tell me she has nothing to discuss with me because she knows I am going to call her rude. She also said that she is a “well educated woman with a good upbringing “. She proceeded to put words in my mouth & continued to use phrases such as “are you done?”. It is a shame that this is how businesses of color are being operated in our community. I tried to rectify the situation and it was clear that she did not care about making the encounter right with me & wanted to end it on bad terms. Ma’am I wish you well, and hope you learn to listen to customers & treat them with care. While the flowers were decent, the customer service left enough of a bitter taste in my mouth that I would not go back. I would never recommend this shop. Take your money where you are listened to, respected, and cared for. It is evident that she has no patience for this business.
