Today is my final appointment 🤞🏽 with Central Park North Orthodontist, As I was told my braces will be removed at this visit. It’s been a journey but I am overall very happy with the outcome thus far. Dr. Washington who was there for majority of my journey has been great, along with Javal his very knowledgeable tech. Javal have assisted with all my adjustments & concerns along the way. Together they did an amazing job with my teeth. My final adjustment was with Dr. Patel, whom has very good bedside manner and knowledgeable in his craft as well, will be removing my braces and installing my permanent retainer. Based on my last appointment I’m confident that I will be satisfied. Thank you all for your amazing work!
My daughter has finished her treatment after 3 years. The experience was extraordinary the staff here has always been welcoming and respectful. Facility is always clean and the appointments are always smooth sailing. They provide you with wax and rubber bands when you run out without any issues. I would definitely recommend Central Park North Orthodontics to anyone seeking treatment. Dr. Washington and his staff are very professional and I am very happy with the decision of coming here. I can highly recommend Central Park North Orthodontics and especially doctor Washington and his staff Michelle. As a new immigrant to move to New York, I've been experience a lot of waiting like for the doctor been in vacation for 3 weeks, or we don't accept any appointment only take patients as walk in, and one of them told me it was $40 but they charged me $100 as co-pay. To be honest I am a very nervous kind patient, always have lots questions and as a flight attendant I really care about how I look like, so I decide I want to get the brace. And I'm very satisfied with the service from beginning consultation till now. Dr. Washington and the rest of the team took very good care of me and were always very honest about my treatment plan and all the costs. There were no hidden surprises and I paid exactly what I was told after my consult. Overall, it is a very good clinic and I definitely recommend consulting with them.
We had to return to get additional instructions on how to turn her expander, something I found every nerve racking. 2nd time around was a charm. I now feel comfortable that I’m not going to stab my daughter in the back of her throat.
