Shockingly unreliable. I connected with an order coordinator at Cakeboi a couple weeks before my partner’s 40th birthday to order a fabulous custom cake. We live up the block and always want to support Cakeboi. The worker got all the details of my order and was checking with the baker about what was feasible. Everything seemed great. We set a price and were finalizing design, after a week of back-and-forth communication, when… they ghosted me! I scrambled and got the cake I wanted elsewhere, but man this was disappointing. If they had just let me know that they couldn’t do the order, I would have gotten over it. Now I have to respect myself and never go back. Everybody loses with this unprofessional behavior. Hoping I’m the last person this happens to.
My Birthday cake looked AMAZING! Tasted great, Reasonably priced, the staff are really nice an professional. I definitely recommend giving them a try.
Too cute to eat! Although the funfetti didn't disappoint! They take pride in their product and very good customer service. Cakeboi is where it's at!
My family and I, celebrated our dog's 7th birthday. Ordered a lemon cake with vanilla butter cream. What a fresh and delicious customized cake!! Thank you Cake Boi, and Ashley!
