Absolutely terrible service. The employees do not know how to talk to their customers. They're beyond rude... Never on time, but if you're stuck in traffic or running a few minute late, they do not wait or have any understanding.. I understand it's a convenient way to get to and from New York for a decent price, but I'd prefer to pay for a coach bus if it means being treated better!
The worst bus service ever. These people pack the people waiting on the waiting list before the ones who actually called ahead of time. They will leave you even if you're 5 minutes late too. They also pack 4 people in 3 seats. I suggest not even wasting your money on this service because it'll truly be a waste.
Twice this company represented that I was not on time for my reservation which was not true. The first time it was snowing (you think I would have learned from that experience). I don't exactly remember what time my reservation was but I was there EARLY--there was a van there when I got there-I asked the driver was he just say the 5:00 o'clock (it was like half past whatever the hour was). He said no. I asked if he had room--he said no-full. So I stood under the canopy waiting waiting for the next van--no van come-I call them, they tell me the van is in traffic, this was about 20 minutes past the scheduled time--I called back again 20 minutes later-whoever answered the phone says, the van picked up the passenger and is already on the way to PA- I was like miss - I have not moved since I last called you -no van came - she say yes there is he picked up his passengers and gone and I was livid because I know I been standing at the pick up location and no van come. so yesterday - the same crap--I got off the train early, stopped at a store and about 7 minutes before 5 I go to the corner--no van so I go back across the street to get me some nuts from the bodega and fruit from the fruit stand. 5:30 - no van - I call- she tells me the van already left-I am like no van came here unless they left before 5 - no they left @ 5 so there happen to be a gentleman who was there from 4 who did not make a reservation who confirmed he has been there since 4 and no 5 van came. so then she waitlisted me for the 6 which was full and when I call her back she tells me 9 and I am like you expect me to stand out here from 5 to 9 - you must be mad. I see why they have been banned from my pick up location in PA, their fleet is in need of repair and they need to stop showing favoritism to their people because I am sure that van (if it in fact came) pulled off before 5 after it put "their" people on. I had said before I would not use them any more but I definitely will not use them the only convenience is that they "supposedly" have more frequent pick ups but when the drivers do what they do and the dispatchers try to make you feel like you STUPID and YOU messed up--it is not cool at all. I will be making corporate Martz more rich as opposed to trying to help my own because all they do is poopoo on you even though I know my boycott won't affect their business
They let me behind twice already, For no reason at all... And the worst part is that they don't have any explanation or they don't even know how to apologize!!!
very good service for both Spanish and English speaking people they normally great you to or from your destination in about 2 hours
