Love love my new dental team at Brooklyn Heights Dental. I Went in for a checkup and cleaning and it was AMAZING. I had a pleasant experience from start to finish. The front desk was very professional. My appointment was at 11 and I was in the chair 2 minutes before. The hygienist was very friendly and thorough in cleaning my teeth. She verbally educated me on how to floss and brush and the different tools I can use to get the best results. I would recommend anyone looking for a dental home to come to this practice. The Doctor was gentle and thorough during the exam. Five star experience.
It’s been over a year that I’ve been going to Brooklyn Dental Office for my routines and I have to say, I was blown away by the level of care and compassion I received from the entire team. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. Receptionists Teresa and Cynthia went out of their way to make me feel welcome while helping me keep up to date on my appointments. The dental hygienist Gisella who performed my cleanings was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the process and answered all of my questions. Sitting in a dental chair can be intimidating sometimes, it’s nice to experience kind and professional medical assistants that aide you to feel comfortable throughout your visit. What really stood out to me, was the way the Mariann, Dr Penny and Dr Stanislaus took the time to sit down with me after my routines to discuss my insurance and overall dental health while providing me with information on how I could improve. Dr Penny was so patient, knowledgeable and truly cared about helping me achieve my best possible smile. Overall, my experience here was top-notch, 10 out of 10, would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality dental care. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a positive and informative experience!
I've been coming here for 5+ years. Consistently impressed with the hygienists - I honestly can't imagine that any practice has better ones - they spend a lot of time and clearly care. Dr. Stanislaus is personable, knowledgeable and his staff clearly like working at the office. Highly recommend!!
As a dental provider myself I was very careful in choosing the office I receive dental care from. Brooklyn Heights Dental (BHD) has been a stellar practice in the industry for many years, so when I needed some extensive work it was an easy decision to reach out to BHD. The staff was caring and knowledgeable. This made me relax and I felt safe. This office’s standard of care exceeds the recommended protocol and procedures that are required by the dental governing bodies. Dr. Lisa Reid is the consumate dental professional. From the onset she was courteous, understanding and she has an eye for perfection. She is calm and quite patient in fielding my questions. I highly recommend Brooklyn Heights Dental office for all your dental needs.
Dr. Stanislaus was simply amazing!!! As a stage 4 Cancer patient my mouth was suffering severe decay. I was treated with Kid Gloves as he was able to successfully rid my mouth of all problems while keeping me comfortable & even making me laugh 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
