I just ordered some flowers for my mother's birthday and have to say that the service was impeccable and the flowers were great. Les in the Harlem location helped me with my order when I had a hiccup in processing and was able to help me get same day delivery to my mom. She absolutely loved her Fiery Lily & Rose bouquet and is excited to show them off. Thank you for the 5 star service
I LOVE the flowers Barbara's sent to my husband - Desert Sunrise Bouquet and it is spectacular. Barbara's was great on the phone and delivered right on time on the day I requested. But again, most of all, the flowers are BEAUTIFUL. Thank you, thank you xox
I ordered a flower bouquet with very specific instructions not to include pink roses. I even called three times before delivery to confirm. Unfortunately, a bouquet of all pink roses was sent. When I called to ask why this bouquet was sent despite my proactive direction. The first response was there were a few pink roses added & it was a misunderstanding, in actuality a full pink bouquet was sent. I was told that the florist didn’t get the directions to not include pink roses and nothing could be done. Once the florist confirmed the note & direction of no pink flowers I had to ask if there was anything that could be done to remedy the situation several times. I was offered a possible discount for a future purchase as if I would spend money here again. All in all I wasted my time & money. I wouldn’t suggest for delivery orders.
Have been a customer about 3 years. Had to send 2 separate flower arrangements to different locations for funerals last month. Beautiful arrangements and I am always pleased with their work and the customer service which is so lacking with some businesses today.
