great shop with a great history of locals supporting the community. staff was very accommodating and my bouquet was made in a great time frame with beautiful detail. can't wait to come back again to get the ladies in my life something special.
I was trying to purchase a casket spray for my deceased sister who lived in New York. A relative recommended this florist. I didn’t want to order online because I wanted a “special” spray for her casket. I called the shop and talked to “Mr. Les” (not Lester). He knew I didn’t have a clue about ordering flowers. He was very professional and patient with me as we both went to their website and looked at various displays and flowers that would be best suited for the spray I selected. Before we ended the call, Mr. Les assured me that I would be pleased with their service. When I got to the church and saw the casket adorned with a beautiful white and pink spray, it brought tears to my eyes. Thank you Mr. Les for your help! I was very pleased with your service! Thank you for your flexibility in shifting my order from my brother- in Harlem- (who went out of town during the time I ordered) to my cousin -in Brooklyn- who loved the arrangement and proudly displayed it in her apartment.
I lost my mother in March 2022 and everyone at Barbara's Flowers helped me to pick a beautiful casket spray. The service and professionalism were exceptional. My Aunt and cousin accompanied me to the shop because they were worried about high pressure upselling. We found out that there was no need to worry. Thank you all again. A very dear friend's dad passed away suddenly and several of my friends and I decided to send a Wreath. Barbara's flowers not only made this delicate task easy it was a calm process. The Wreath was delivered on time, looked beautiful and the family was so thankful. I highly recommend using this Florist!!!!
