I’ve been here several times. The ice water is good & refreshing on a hot humid day. The lemon cake in a cup is good, the icing is thick. So eat it slowly and at room temperature. Try out the cupcakes as well. The vanilla, Oreo and red velvet ones are delicious, moist & has the right amount of icing. I picked up the fruity pebble & Oreo cookies recently. The Oreo cookie was perfectly baked. Like low & slow. I will be back for those. The fruit pebble one was a little hard.
I would give 5 more stars if I could. Thank you Karla. I ordered for my friend and had the best experience. The master baker was very communicative, professional, and accommodating. The cake itself was exactly what my friend wanted and what I described. The taste was indescribable, so moist and delicious. Definitely recommend!!!
I recently ordered the "Boozy Cupcake Gift Box" for my son's 21st birthday. I paid extra for express shipping so they would arrive on his birthday. When I checked the tracking with UPS, it showed a label was created but the cupcakes appeared to never have left the bakery. I emailed customer service to find out what was going on, Craig responded "I'll check with UPS but in the meantime, I will deliver them myself. They'll be there within 2 hours!". Sure enough, the cupcakes arrived courtesy of Craig! Now that is great customer service. And they were delicious. The chocolate jack daniels one was not boozy enough for me :)... the the cake is delicious! However, the tiramisu one - oh wow! My absolute favorite. I should have gotten a 6 pack of those! I didn't get to sample the others, as my son took them all back to school with him, but I'm sure they were delicious! I highly recommend and will be ordering again! BTW - the fact that the cupcakes are nut free is huge as my son also has a tree nut allergy. Sometimes it can be hard to find a nut free bakery that is actually good!
All of the negative reviews are petty and misguided. As someone new to food allergies (never had nut allergy before until last year), this place is a godsend. I can’t tell you all the number of times I’ve felt left out because I can’t just order from anywhere anymore due to cross contamination. This is a safe place for people with nut/ coconut allergies and the treats are tasty and delicious. Delivery has been punctual and correct so far. The brownies are heaven. The last time I had brownies was 2021 so imagine how happy I am that I found a delicious and reliable baked goods place! And of course they be having chicken and all of that and that’s good also because us people with food allergies can’t even order steak sometimes at restaurants due to some of the seasonings containing nuts (aka pink peppercorn), so this place is gold. Sweet treats and savory food! Further, we all listen to loud music with nasty language WE ALL DO. What’s the problem with someone who’s cleaning to close up for the day listening to some of it? Like I said, the negative reviews are petty as f… the food is great! Thanks so much,
Visited the Middletown store and the lady behind the counter made recommendations. I got 6 cupcakes which my daughter and I destroyed half of them when I got home and two tubs of banana pudding which was deeeelish. Between the service and quality I’m going back.
