Order a funeral arrangement paid $200 didn't get what i ordered the letters on the ribbon were falling off called spoke to manager was suppose to call me back and he never did.very unsatisfied and unprofessional of them not giving me a call back. First image on site what I ordered verse what i got.
Well that really worried there for a moment that I was Scammed but a same day delivery turned out to be a three day delivery. Thanks fully it was not for a funeral or wedding. No call no apology. After I posted and left message suddenly the flowers were delivered. Never again!
The best Funeral Florist in Brooklyn! Amazing! Personal, professional, wonderful service. I had to order flowers for a Funeral. Always a sad thing to do. My first interaction could not have been better; Charlene, the woman who took my order, took great care to meet my needs. She was patient and kind. That was an amazing experience! Again, Charlene was fantastic, kind, and compassionate!!!!!!!! They are a 10++++
Highly disappointed with the floral arrangement especially for an important occasion for the 1yr anniversary of my mom's passing. I was expecting a beautiful wreath arrangement and it did not look like NOTHING like the picture. The wreath was not full with flowers and it seems like it was arranged in a rush. Plus they forgot to place the card, never again will I order from them.
Called in the morning to order flowers to get delivered to my friend who's partner passed away from covid. The gal I spoke to on the phone helped me put a cheerful bouquet together and everything was ordered in 5 minutes! I just let her know how much I wanted to spend and the bouquet was delivered within 3 hours! I got confirmation email Simple and easy!
