I have contacted a representative from All Access Home Health Care in regards to applying for a PCA position. The Administrator provided me all the necessary document as well as providing me resources to help update documents needed to apply. The Admin I was speaking to was very kind and helpful. When I scheduled my appointment, I spoke to Fariah and she interviewed me. I didn’t feel like I was being interviewed it felt like Fariah was genuinely trying to get to know me and provide a position of employment that fit best with my experience and training and even offered additional training to the concerns I shared with her. She treats her staff very kindly and you can tell this agency genuinely wants to take care their patients. I enjoy working for this company and wish for nothing but growth for this business.
