I have been coming here for years and I can say with confidence that this is the best dental office I’ve been to, Dr. Backer is a great dentist. The hygienists and the rest of the team are always very kind. I’ve always had very thorough cleanings and they always take the time to talk about the appointment and care, as well as any concerns I may have. Each time I come I do not have to wait, and I always feel at ease. I definitely recommend Dr. Backer and his team.
Absolutely exceptional in every capacity. All the women at the front desk are genuinely kind, incredibly friendly and very efficient. I am always greeted with a smile and by name when entering the office. The dentist, Dr Backer makes a point to explain in very clear terms the procedure he needs to perform and why. I have never had a better experience at the office of any medical professional. Dr Backer embodies all the traits of a true professional.
Dr Backer and his team at Advanced Dentistry were wonderful today! Going to the dentist is never been comfortable for me but Dr Backer is so gentle with everything he does, even his soft spoken voice calms you. He is so warm and I love his calming energy.
It was my first time visiting, Advanced Dental and I was very pleased with the care of Dr Becker. He explained the procedure Fully with me. I was also very pleased with the quiet dental assistant, who explain (showed) me all of the x-rays. And with the front desk staff. Who helped me with all of the paperwork.
The office staff is very pleasant. I am very sensitive to pain Jason the hygienist was thorough and gentle. He cleaned between my teeth and below the gum line. The dentist was aware that i was nervous his bedside manner was great. He explained to me how to keep my bridges clean to stop my gums from bleeding. I will definitely be using them for my dental care.
