I’ve been visiting Dr. Wicks for over 6 years. He’s kind with a great sense of humor. Him and his staff are always pleasant. Wait time is almost non-existent and he definitely knows exactly what he’s doing. I trust him with my oral care. I also moved to Brooklyn and still commute back to Harlem just for my dental care. It’s worth the commute.
Dr. Wick is an outstanding dentist. He is very knowledgeable and considerate making a patient comfortable for whatever dental work is needed.
A great dental office: grateful it's open during pandemic. Dr. Wicks is very professional, kind, and detail oriented with me as a patient. I say that to say, when recommended to floss. I was given a small thing of floss, a toothbrush and toothpaste. Best prescription ever given.
Dr Aaron is a true professional in every way. He gives great patient care and thorough explanations of treatments.
I previously work for this private practice and in the beginning I worked as a dental receptionist beside the front desk office manager typically ill just answer the phone and make re calls to follow up with patients who are due for a cleaning because i didn't have that much experience, he then let the front desk manager go and trained me to do her job and offered to raise my pay I actually caught on quicker then he thought. I realized Dr. wicks NEVER remember what he says. He decided to not give me the raise after all the billing I did because it was slow but I still was running the front desk and billing also pre authorizations. Not realizing he wasn't getting patients because of the way he talk to people and never wanted to work with anyone. He blame everything on his employees! I don't recommend this job at all. Most patients cancelled because he will do last minute changes leave early knowing a patient is scheduled but then blame me for not making him enough money ! Also causing me to not get hired because I spoke highly of him and he did the opposite but its ok I now work at a hospital making way more god bless him he miserable and take it out on everyone. If you look up narcissist you will see him! HE ALSO DOES NOT USE THE CORRECT PPE AND DOES NOT HAVE MORE THAN ONE BITE WING EVERY PATIENT USE THE SAME ONE EVEN WHEN WE RUN OUT OF THE CLEANING SUPPLIES !!! be careful
