Alex my driver was great. He communicated ahead of time to let me know he would be my driver. My flight came in early, he was aware and at the airport waiting. Prices are reasonable and service was exceptional! Will definitely use again.
Outstanding service, highly recommend. I don't know if Rochelle could sense the panic and urgency in my voice, but she treated me so kindly and was very responsive. I had a family stranded on I-40 about 50 minutes outside of Wilmington, due to a flat tire on Labor Day, trying to get back to Durham. No Uber driver would take the request. Rochelle took care of getting to the family and sending me text messages regarding traffic updates, when she found them on the interstate, to when she dropped them off. She even waited a bit with them to ensure the tow truck arrived. You can tell she values her customers! THANK YOU!
Fantastic experience. We used Wilmington Black car for 2 nights. Both to and from Live Oak Pavillion with 5 passengers. Rachelle was our driver and was so incredibly accommodating. The service was professional and prompt and the car was very nice. Thank you! Highly recommended.
Got vouchers from American Airlines for cancelled flights. Busy night so no drivers available for an hour. Took a taxi instead. The next morning no driver available at the time we needed but took our chances leaving at 0530 for a 0645 flight. Small airport so made it in time. Driver pleasant. Van decently clean.
Thank for the safe and speedy ride. Mike arrived early for am early airport run and had us to the airport with plenty of time. The van was clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely call again!
