It was so freaking yummy, the flavors were to die for and I don’t about anyone else the customer service was great they were so nice to us that even though we hadn’t planned to eat ice cream we got it for sure. A++ love and will be going again
Sigh… the ice cream here is phenomenal but the customer service flat out sucks! I think the young lady is purposefully trying to sink this business and it’s unfortunate. If you can get past the lady who clearly hates her job, you will have an enjoyable experience. 5 stars for the ice cream and brownies 2 stars (being generous) for the terrible service
Delicious desserts but TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered a drink and the lid was not closed all the way so the drink spilled on the counter and the floor. The worker (looking very unprofessional and not happy with a hoodie) looked annoyed and left us to clean it all up, even off the floor…. Will come back when the customer service gets better.
Jada gave us quick and awesome service! We had a lotus biscoff shake and brownie sundae!!! Honey!!! Deliciousness!
Hmmm, I am very mixed about this review because I haven’t yet tasted the desserts I ordered. I gave 3 stars with a combination of customer service and possibly that the desserts would be good. The service was mediocre at best. My pet-peeve is that persons waiting on others should at least use gloves or tongs. The person providing me service was finishing up someone’s order and had changed the gloves but had touched other items before using that same glove to pick up the customer’s dessert to place on the plate. Then when it was my turn, she begun changing the gloves (I had already requested)and then wanted to walk to the back to get a larger container. Really?! I had to ask that she change her gloves after she retrieved the container. Honestly, if I could have afforded to lose the money that I just spent on my order, I would have just left. Now that I have the desserts, I don’t even have a desire to eat them. I wasn’t greeted with a smile and had to remind the person waiting on me to change her gloves (with the hopes that only food would be touched) to pick up food. Hopefully the treats are better than the service. So….this is an update. I did end up trying the desserts. I purchased brownies, s’mores cookies, snickerdoodles, and another kind, maybe chocolate & peanut butter. I tasted a little of them all except the snickerdoodles. They were good. I warmed up the brownies and it was like warm chocolate cake. If this place would improve on their customer service & experience, they would actually be a 5 - star place. But the lack of good customer service will be their sword.
