I've heard about this place and finally went to go try it. I ordered the Fish&Shrimp dinner with Potato Stuff and Pinto beans the other plate was Fried Chicken with Mac-n-cheese with collard greens. My personal preference would have been if the fish was bigger or more shrimp. But it was good. The fried chicken was good just right but the mac-n-cheese needed more cheese or sour cream. Overall a solid meal. I will be back. The cashier was Jo she was a delight
Not sure if the lady at the register is the owner but her customer service is 10/10. I've been twice so far and customer service is always fantastic. My daughter loved the ribs. The fried fish has a great taste, very flavorfu and not salty. Same with the fried shrimp. Can't wait to return soon.
UPDATED 4.26.23 NEVER COMING BACK…Unfortunately, I’m a long time customer who’d been bragging about this place. Never again! Today, I asked for fish and shrimp(fried hard), sweet potato fluff, greens with cornbread. What I got was greasy soft fish and shrimp and a roll I wasn’t expecting. I called to report the matter and they had me bring my order back. Cool. I’m mad I have to come back, but hungry so I go back. What they gave me in return, for an already messed up order, was fish fried so hard it dried out the meat. Did they take me literally or were they trying to be funny? I’m not sure. Either way, I couldn’t eat the fish, waisted money, and won’t be back. I’d rather cook at home. UPDATE 4.26.23 Received a call from Night Shift manager with apology and offer to make me another meal or receive a refund. I chose a refund because I just didn’t have a taste for it anymore. 3 Stars because I can really respect the prompt action and sincerity of management to make it right. Thank you!
I wanted to try them for the first time and I was not impressed. I got one fried chicken dinner and look at this pigeon wing I got? Mac a little o. The dry side. The plate for my husband he didn't like it sweet potatoes are more of a puree then a fluff. Rice had a drop of gravy and one rib and scraps in the plate. Well I can say I tried it. My son did like his burger.
They’re the BEST restaurant in the area! I’ve been here countless times and they’ve always been exceptional! The presentation’s beautiful and depth of flavors were powerful & heavenly with every bite. I could literally taste the love and skills that went into each dish. My favorite’s are the finger lickin, mouthwatering ribs. 🤤😍 The service were always delightful! If you’re looking for an enjoyable time and REAL flavorful food this is it! 💯💯recommended!
