Very Very unhappy with the no call no show of the STYLIST. This is the second time this has happened where i had an appointment and the Stylist never showed, called or texted back it will never happen again. I’m an open minded person who loves to give people a second chance and let’s just say i’m all out of chances with this business. Beautiful work but bad business.
1. Received confirmation text the night before (10:25) 2. Responded next morning (5:54) confirming I would be there for my 3:20 appointment 3. Around noon I received a text asking for cash app to confirm 4. Responded 5. Two mins later I received a cancellation email 6. Send a text to the loctician advising of email, no response 7. Sent text sometime after 4 asking that I be refunded 8. Loctician advised her assistant cancelled the appt bc she didn’t see my deposit. 9. I asked to be refunded a second time. No response Never was I offered another appt option in which my deposit could be applied, an apology for the confusion the cancellation email caused (bc why would I show up when that is the last communication received) or a refund.
By far the best experience I have had since starting my loc journey. Perfect atmosphere, music, and attention to detail with the best retwist I have ever had! I cannot tell you the amount of compliments and inquiries I have received since my visit look no further I assure you this is the place for you!
Tip has been my son's loctician since we moved to North Carolina and is amazing. My son's locs are so healthy and Tip caters to him like no other. He loves coming to the shop and he always comes out looking like money!!!
