I have been coming to the salon over 15 years and i am never disappointed. I am always pleased with my styles no matter what it is braids or weaves! Not to mention i am never there more than 4 hours. I strongly recommend Thiossane Hair Braiding!
This is a really nice place. Great customer service and everyone is so nice. I totally recommend coming here to get your hair done. Every time I get my hair braided it looks nice and it last long.
I was referred here and was looking forward to my appointment. The day before my scheduled appointment I received a call from the salon asking if I could change my appointment time from 2pm to 10am. This was a last minute request that required me to rearrange my schedule but I did what was necessary as I did not have any other options to get my hair braided. The following morning, my schedule ran a little over (due to the rearranging of my schedule from their last minute change). I called to let the salon know that I was running about 20-30 minutes late but I was enroute. The person who answered the phone told me that if I was late I could not get my hair done! I was baffled. I reminded her that I was flexible with them for changing my appointment and asked if they could be flexible with me as I was only getting crochet which does not take long. She told me no and after 10 minutes of me pleading she said that I could come on the following day. About 4 hours later I received a text message canceling my appointment for the following day because “they feel that we will not get along”. Again I was shocked! This interaction was unprofessional and it is not how business should be handled.
It’s been about 5+ years since I had any kind of long braids and I was planning on going to a concert and really needed some knotless braids…other stylist a tried to get appointments from were booked or I just had a large deposit to pay before the appointment… so I got referred to a coworker who would get her braids done here all the time. So I made an appointment and one of the braiders there got started right away and I was done in 3 hours (no breaks were taken)… the parts were neat and the braider gave me exactly what I asked for. It’s been about a week since I had them done and they still look good 👍🏾. Thinking about going in for a touch up but overall it was a nice environment to be in.
The ladies at Thiossaine are always nice & welcoming to all! I’ve been going to them for about 4 years and I’m always pleased with my hair, they don’t pull out your edges! My braids are always neat & clean! And it’s always a pleasure coming to them!
