We have been members of the EducateDancer studio for almost 5 years now. My daughter has grown in dance skill and technique, she has experienced performing in various events and competitions, she has made many friends and we have gained an extended family that I love and trust. The studio owner always has the students’ best interest in mind…always…and I appreciate her hard work to make the studio and the dancers better every season!
My daughter has been a dancer with this studio since 2016. As an only child, my initial goals were just to allow her to grow socially and learn more about various types of dance. My goals were not only met, but they were exceeded. Socially, my daughter has been blessed with caring and compassionate teachers who invest in her. They sow into her with not only methods to refine her dance technique but they motivate, encourage and inspire my kid to shine from the inside first. She now has sisters in her dance friends. They work hard, practice to refine their skills and support each other. They have learned the power of feedback- take what you’ve heard and apply to do better. And with every passing year.. these ladies blow our minds with their growth! They laugh, cry and celebrate their achievements …. together. I’m blessed too! Not just for what this studio has done for my baby, but I now have lifelong friends and a growing tribe that surrounds my daughter with love. Thank you LaTisha. You’ve poured your heart into your dream and our girls reap the benefits of your commitment. Thank you for loving our daughters so well. So proud to be a part of this dance family!!!!!💜
EducateDancer Studio is the best in Greensboro! The staff is friendly, professional and go above and beyond for the students. The studio offers a wide range of classes for kids ranging from ballet to step and competition teams for those students who are serious about dance.They also offer a good variety of classes for adults. What I like most about the studio is the emphasis on natural beauty, character development and education for the students. For example, the dancers often wear their hair in natural hair styles for performances vs having to straighten and put their hair in a bun all the time. It’s important for young minority children to learn to love themselves as they are. At EducateDancer Studios you get more than just a dance studio but also a family!
I worked for this studio from 2015-2019 starting from an office assistant to Assistant Director and I don’t regret any part of my time here. This is truly an amazing business that inspires young children to value themselves and strive for greatness. I have seen this program grow from 6 students to now over 60 (I may be guessing a lil lol) and is constantly expanding each year with new classes, performances and competition opportunities. Joining this studio means joining a family you will have for years to come!!!
EducateDancer is a phenomenal studio that doesn’t just stop at dance but incorporates so many aspects of the arts for young children and adults. The staff works very hard to motivate and encourage their students to be and do their very best in all aspects of life not just dance. Not only is it an educational environment but the children actually enjoy themselves and gain lasting friendships along the way.
