Bad experience. Venue is very nice and spacious. Co owner is very unprofessional and cocky. A few things promised in contract was not granted the day of my event. Venue was not cleaned prior to my event set up. Trash on floors, sticky floors, and ants everywhere. I had to clean the floors before we could even began to do the setup. For the price I paid to rent this venue, the mess and confusion was unacceptable.
This is a wonderful new edition to the Durham area. The owners are professional, and have done a great job of designing the space. If you are looking to host an event in the area, go check it out TODAY!!!
