I saw the google reviews so I made my appointment and came in for my first appointment. The staff is super kind, the office is clean, bright and spacious. My dental hygienist was friendly and made me feel comfortable and Dr. Barton was super pleasant. Highly recommend!
Office is beautiful and bright with lovely art and big windows in every room. Every single staff member I've interacted with has been sooo nice and personable. I'm moving soon and will miss the familiarity. Definitely give this wonderful black-owned business a try and support them. 💖
I love Dr. Barton, she is empathetic and sympathetic towards her clients concerns and needs. She thoroughly tells you what to expect during your visits and is open to feedback from her clients. The dental assistants are loving, caring, and timely. They work as a team to fulfill all patients needs. The front staff make sure the process is easy to establish appointments, shows you the break down of your visit upon request. The front staff is patient with all their clients insurance concerns. This is truly a loving positive extended family.
Dr. Barton did an amazing job on extracting my tooth. For weeks I had discomfort from my tooth. I went to one dentist to pull the tooth it was not a good situation. My tooth didn’t get numb. Previous dentist tried to pull it I had excruciating pain, which he had to stop and set up another appointment. My daughter recommended Smiles by JB. I Set up an appointment which i was a little nervous considering past experience. Smiles by JB office staff, the assistant and everyone I came in contact with were very pleasant and patient with me. Dr. Barton was so good at extracting my tooth I didn’t know she had pulled the tooth. It was painless and fast. I recommend everyone to Dr. Barton.
Smiles by JB is a yes for me! Dr. Barton is a knowledgeable and experienced Dentist whom I used many years ago. After a quick Google search, I found Smiles by JB. I scheduled an appointment and was able to get in within the next week of my call. From the minute I walked in I knew I was right where I belonged. The check-in, and check-out staff, Monique, Lashawna, and Dr. Barton) were all very welcoming, professional, and pleasant. As usual, Dr. Barton is very thorough in ensuring all questions and concerns are addressed. I am happy with my visit today.
