Derrick and Haute Seats were theeeee worst vendors we worked with during my wedding and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Despite being provided the needed measurements to create the ceremony flooring there were large gaps between the flooring and seating that should not have been there. On top of not delivering the expected flooring he damaged the ceremony venue flooring during the removal and we are losing our deposit to repair it. Derrick forgot the seat covers for the Chivari chairs we rented and an elderly relative slipped off the chair during the reception which could have ended horribly. We also paid for 107 ft of draping and Derrick only hung about 50 ft. Attempts to contact and rectify this situation with Derrick and Haute seats have been ignored and we have not heard from them in over a month. I would never do business with them again and hope others stay clear.
I reached out to Derrick at Haute Seats with a super last minute chair request. Not only did they return my call right away - Derrick was professional and was able to add me to their already full events calendar. I rented their black chiavari chairs with white vinyl chair pads. HS chairs & pads are high quality and are very clean - unlike others I've rented before. If you need to add extra pizzazz to your event, Haute Seats should be the one you call. Will definitely use them for all my other events. Thanks, Haute Seats!
I reached out to this company for the perfect chairs for my luxe baby shower. The owner was very easy to work with and provided a detailed quote promptly. The process was easy. On event day, the delivery team was on time and the inventory they delivered was pristine. I’ve rented chiavari chairs for previous events and noted stained padding and scratches to chairs from the rental company. This was NOT the case for Haute Seats! Their customer service and attention to detail is amazing! I will use them for all future event rental needs.
We ordered seats for our small wedding and they were perfect for the occasion. There was a slight transportation issue with our original chairs, but they were very accommodating and gave us an upgrade. Very professional to work with! Kudos to Bryant and Ethan.
Professional, prompt response time, exquisite inventory and superb customer service! Haute seats provided their gold Bellagio chairs for my rebrand mixer and they definitely set the tone for my event! I would highly recommend them for any rental needs.
