It’s a wonderful feeling stepping into an atmosphere with happy working staff. So my very first time I joined this dentistry, was sometime beginning 2022. Let me tell you guys, the staff here are absolutely welcoming and they make you feel super comfortable. During my visit, the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming. My hygienist gave me confident to a great experience. And of course, Dr. Ray D. is an awesome individual that only wants what’s best for his clients.
I have been to Radiant Smiles twice so far for a regular cleaning/checkup and everything has gone well. They are friendly, easy to work with, and do a good job. Payment went through my insurance, so I didn't have to pay anything, and they didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. They did a multi-part dental procedure on my husband and were very supportive and responsive through the whole process. Dental procedures are never fun but they communicated everything effectively, got back to us quickly when we called off hours with questions, and there were no unexpected medical issues. Overall it has been a very good experience and I plan to continue going there.
My family has been going here for years, and we love it. The whole staff is welcoming and friendly. They are diligent and helpful with any concerns or questions you may have. This is the first dental office I actually love to come to! The staff is impeccable and Dr. D is great! They are very thorough with explaining what your visit entails as well as giving you information on what your out of pocket cost will be. I'm so glad I found this practice! They will have a customer for life and I will make sure to recommend anyone looking for a good Dental office!
I love the Radiant Smiles team and Doctor Desameau so much! Everyone there is my friend and I love how much they really do care. I love how thorough the doctor is and how everything is explained so well. This team makes going to the dentist, extremely enjoyable! Thank you all so much for everything!
