Wow, what a great experience. The service was amazing. The people were helpful, kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and clearly aimed to make me feel as comfortable as possible. One of the dentists has a super sweet, calm and adorable little dog that I was happy to give belly rubs to. After almost 2 years in Durham, I feel this is my right fit for dental care. The facility is also clean and beautiful, with nice artwork and soothing colors. I also liked that it’s a smaller building, it didn’t feel so medicalized. Thanks y’all
Best dental experience I have ever had! Entire staff very welcoming and engaging. Dr Baldwin met me at my car when I drove up and was so thorough and explained everything so well. Highly recommend this practice.
This is my first visit and I am really happy with the care provided by this dentist’s office. The entire team is great! You are put at ease and everyone is very friendly. Great care and I am so happy that I chose this dentist as a new resident of NC.
I went in this morning in a very anxious state due to a broken front tooth from a trauma last year, that I had to have filled twice in the last year already. I had insurance previously and this was my first visit without insurance/to this location and was nervous about the cost of the visit. I got so overwhelmed and was unkind to the dental assistant, I was able to apologize and she was very comforting and understanding after the interaction. The dentist, admin and assistant both talked me off the ledge and did all they could to sooth my nerves so I could get the problem resolved today. I would recommend this dental office to anyone in the Durham/Raleigh area absolutely. Thank Providence Smiles for dealing with my emotional state and making me feel confident in my smile again.
I brought my daughter here for the first time ever, she has anxiety about dental work and the staff and Dr G were absolutely amazing and made her feel so comfortable. I can not say enough good things about our experience, even the sweet little furry office assistant made us feel so welcome!! We will definitely be back, this is definitely now our family dentistry for sure! I would recommend everyone to come here these guys ROCK!!! Thank you all for everything you did for us today, words can not express how grateful we are to have found you!!
